VR headset company HTC, which is based on Snapdragon 835, will be announced on 14 November
In mid-summer, the company HTC has published a teaser image of its new virtual reality headset, which differs from Vive that does not require connection to a PC or smartphone.
It is an independent device based on Snapdragon SoC 835. Now it became known that the full announcement, the name of which is still unknown (presumably Standalone Vive or Vive M), will be held November 14 during the conference, Vive Developer Conference in Beijing.
However, the source says that the new product will target the Chinese market and it is unclear whether there will be it beyond. About the cost of the data yet either, but it is possible to navigate around on a similar headset that already exist on the market.
