Users of MacBook Pro are reporting problems with the gesture «three finger drag»
Three Finger Drag («drag three fingers») is a gesture in OS X that allows MacBook owners to use three fingers to move the active window on the screen.
In various forums, including Apple support page, users report that they experience problems with the use of this gesture to a new MacBook Pro. We are talking about what the gesture either, or does not work. Someone reported that it doesn’t work in certain parts of the touch panel.
Apple has not yet commented on the situation, so we don’t know whether the problem is hardware or software in nature, that is whether it can be fixed with updates.
