Unusual monoblock PC HP Sprout exchanged generation
Announced more than two years ago, rugged computer HP Sprout has undergone modernization. Moreover, serious modernization, although the original concept, and a set of key elements correspond to the same model.
The new product is called Sprout Pro G2, and now its appearance is more consistent with the spirit of the time. Though the screen is still fixed looking down the projector and camera with a resolution of 14.6 MP to scan the object in 2D and 3D. At the bottom is a touch panel Touch Mat thickness 2.2 mm 21.3 inches, recognising up to 20 touches simultaneously. As alternative input devices and management HP offers an active digitizer pen, and traditional controls is a set of wireless keyboard and mouse.
A set of hardware components became much more modern. HP Sprout Pro G2 is uncontested Quad-Core Intel Core i7-7700T (2.9 to 3.8 GHz), the maximum amount of RAM DDR4-2400 MHz is 16 GB, and the storage subsystem a hybrid drive with 1 TB of disk space and 8 GB of flash memory, and SSD of 512 GB with SATA interface.
Diagonal touch screen is 23.8 inches, a resolution of Full HD. The picture is displayed on it with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M, having at its disposal 2 GB of GDDR5 memory.
In the computer configuration also includes adapters Giagit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 n and Bluetooth 4.0, web-camera resolution 2 MP, four USB 3.0 ports and one HDMI 2.0.
Dimensions of Sprout Pro G2 — 568 x 672 x 586 mm, weight 12,8 kg. the Novelty will go on sale in March, but the manufacturer has not yet reported neither the cost nor the regions of presence.
