Toshiba TCR13AGADJ is the smallest stabilizer with low voltage drop for mobile devices, designed for a current of 1.3 A

Toshiba has announced the release of the smallest in the industry linear regulator with low voltage drop, designed for mobile devices and is designed for output current to 1.3 A. the Product, the designation TCR13AGADJ, is available in WCSP6F measuring 0.8 x 1.2 x 0.33 mm.

According to the manufacturer, TCR13AGADJ will find application in smartphones, tablets, cameras and wearable electronics devices as well as laptops, storage devices and subscriber consoles. The advantages of the regulator attributed the high level of filtering high-frequency noise generated by the DC-DC Converter. The resistance of a single external resistor, you can select output voltage in the range of 0.55 to 3.6 V. the Typical voltage drop is 92 mV, a maximum of 162 mV (at the voltage of 0.9 V and a current of 1.0 A). Stabilizer built-in circuit protection against overcurrent and overheating.
