Toshiba is preparing the launch of a new SSD entry-level laptops BX300

The company Micron Technology this summer will join the range of SSD series BX300. This will be the entry-level SSD in standard housings size 2.5 inches with interface SATA, although later in the series can appear and model, size M. 2.

According to the source, BX200 will involve the Marvell controller and memory TLC NAND with volumetric layout of production itself Acer. It is expected that the capacity of the series will be 240, 480 and 960 GB, and the speed of reading and writing must be consistent with other models with SATA interface – that is, 530-550 MB/s.
