Toshiba increases the amount and speed of memory cards FlashAir

Toshiba has preceded the opening of the exhibition of photographic equipment CP+ announcement of memory cards FlashAir fourth generation. Recall FlashAir — removable media SD, in which the flash memory is supplemented by means of a wireless connection. The new line includes models with capacity of 16, 32 and 64 GB.

According to Toshiba, the FlashAir card the fourth generation uses a new processor which has improved their productivity as a removable media and wireless connections.

In particular, the cards correspond to the speed classes of SD Speed Class 10 and UHS Speed Class 3. Support UHS-I enabled to get write speed of 70 MB/s and read speed of 90 MB/s data transfer Speed via Wi-Fi increased to 31.4 Mbit/s, which is almost three times exceeds the capabilities of FlashAir cards the third generation.
