There are details about the 14-nanometer GPU AMD Vega 10 and 7-nanometer GPU AMD Vega 20

Source has published the slides from the presentation AMD information AMD Vega 10 Vega 20.

If you believe the published image, AMD Vega 10 will appear on the market in the current half-year, AMD Vega 20 in the second half of 2018. The first GPU will be produced on 14-nanometer technology, and the second for 7-nanometer. For the second half of the current year’s planned release of a 3D map on two GPUs AMD Vega 10. Its power consumption is 300 watts. Uniprocessor model will consume 225 watts.

Memory AMD Vega 10 specified is 16 GB, AMD 20 Vega will be available in versions with 16 and 32 GB. In all cases we are talking about memory HBM2. This slide shows that AMD Vega 10 has a PCIe 3.0 x16, whereas Vega 20 PCIe 4.0 x16 slot.
