The U.S. dollar weakened ahead of the data on jobless claims
At 8:30 am et, the U.S. labor Department will release the report on the number of applications from the unemployed received during the week ended November 4. Economists expect this figure increased to 232 000 from the previous level 229 000.
Ahead of these data, the U.S. dollar weakened against the other major currencies.
So, about 8:25 am et, the dollar was at 113,29 against the yen, 0,9967 against the franc, 1,1631 against the Euro with pair trading at 1.3120 against the pound.
