The SSD controller NVMe created by CNEX Labs, demonstrates the capacity of 1.5 million IOPS
The event Flash Memory Summit 2017 company CNEX Labs reported record production of 1.5 million IOPS achieved by the SSD controller, which works with memory 3D TLC NAND Memory manufactured by Toshiba Corporation (TMC).
Controller CNEX Westlake Plus supporting NVMe, every second is able to perform 1 billion data transmissions on the interface with flash memory.
The development is made in cooperation with TMC. According to the CEO of CNEX Labs Alan Armstrong (Alan Armstrong), the combination of Westlake Plus controller and 3D TLC NAND memory allowed us to obtain industry-leading performance and energy consumption.
