The company Streacom showed at Computex 2017 prototype computer case DB6, designed to build a system with passive cooling.

The side walls of the computer case Streacom DB6, made of aluminum alloy, are heat sinks for CPU and GPU. Heat is transferred thereto via the heat pipes. Allegedly, the body-cooler suitable for processors with TDP up to 120 watts.
