The share of Samsung accounts for 82% of all profits in the smartphone market with Android

According to Strategy Analytics, which estimated the smartphone market with Android in the second quarter of 2016, almost all the profit of this segment belongs to Samsung.

The Korean giant has collected 82% of all profits in the smartphone market with Android. That is in addition to Samsung several companies make a profit in the aggregate equal to 18% of the total market profits. Others work at a loss.
