The owner of a burnt iPhone 4s Apple requires compensation in the amount of $75 000

A resident of Wisconsin Xay Thao (Thao Xai) and the company State Farm, which is the insurer of her apartment, filed against Apple a class action lawsuit, requiring the company to pay compensation in the amount of $75 000.

The reason is the iPhone 4s that caught fire and caused the fire in the apartment of the plaintiff. The lawsuit States that the smartphone has installed the original battery, no parts of the device have not changed. A preliminary investigation confirmed that the source of the fire has really become the iPhone 4s.

I should add that the iPhone had become the heroes of these notes, but the iPhone 4s fires was accused as seldom as possible. Given the number of smartphones sold, it is logical to assume that it’s a marriage of a specific sample or a charger.
