The manufacturer calls Acroname USBHub3+ the world’s first programmable USB 3.0 hub

The company Acroname presented illustrated device USBHub3+, which the manufacturer calls the world’s first programmable USB 3.0 hub. Hub optimized for industrial use.

The user has full control over USBHub3+: each port can be turned on and off, set it to limit current to follow the input current and the output voltage. Load capacity of each port is 2.5 A. For connection to the host has two ports.

Additional USB 3.0 ports are designed to extend the connection to another hub when you need more ports. The kit includes a GUI and application programming interface (API), which is available from applications in C, C++, and Python.
