The head of the Global HMD agreed to leave his post
Company HMD Global yesterday announced that as a result of negotiations between the Board of Directors and CEO Arto Nummela (Arto Nummela) the latter agreed to leave his post.
Commenting on the changes in the company’s management, the head of the Board of Directors Sam Chin (Sam Chin) said: «Arto Nummela played a key role in the Global HMD, he helped form the team and release our first products. On behalf of all the members of the Board of Directors, I wish to thank Arto for his contribution and wish him success in his future endeavors.»
His place was taken by the current President of the Global HMD Seyshi Florian (Florian Seiche). Reasons for leaving Arto Nummela will not be disclosed.
