The flagship chipset for AMD Zen will be called X370. The processors will go on sale in February
Just a few months ago we all hoped that the new desktop processors from Intel and AMD will have time to enter the market by the end of this year. Especially interested in the second, as the Zen generation should be revolutionary for AMD.
But both the CPU giant has postponed the start of sales early next year. So while it remains only to continue to collect new information about the upcoming CPU.
Another portion of the data indicates that the processors Zen will be released in February. The source says that the motherboard connector AM4 will be based on three sets of logic: A320, B350 and X370. The latter will be the flagship.
Already in October, many motherboard manufacturers will show their devices based on logic X370, and on the other, apparently also as the Bristol Ridge processors use the same socket AM4.
As for desktop processors Intel Kaby Lake, they will show at CES 2017. A source says the chipsets Intel Z270 and H270. Recall mobile CPU Intel Kaby Lake was presented at the end of the summer.
