The European Union will reduce CO2 emissions by 40% and power consumption by 30% by 2030
By 2030, the EU pledged to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide by 40% and energy consumption should be reduced by 30% over the same period.
To this end, the EU will have to focus more on renewable energy sources, as well as update old, not too efficient buildings, for example, when installing on roofs with solar panels.
Clean energy last year all over the world attracted investment of over 300 billion euros. The European Union plans to use for the implementation of the tasks to 177 billion euros per year within ten years (2021 to 2030) to create in the region of 900 thousand new jobs.
