The creators of the Wikipad have filed a lawsuit against Nintendo, accusing it of plagiarism
Almost five years ago was presented to the gaming tablet Wikipad, which was equipped with physical governments, namely, two analog joysticks, d-pad D-pad and buttons.
Later, the company released a similar button Gamevice accessory for mobile devices running operating systems Android and iOS.
Now the company Gamevice has filed a lawsuit against Nintendo, accusing the latter of plagiarism. As you might guess, the creators of the Wikipad and Gamevice believe that Nintendo stole their idea of physical controls for touch screen and implemented it in the game console Nintendo Switch. In the statement of claim Gamevice calls to ban the sale of Switch and wants to receive financial compensation.
Representatives of the Gamevice and Nintendo declined to comment.
