The company Facebook has acquired German developer tools video editing

According to the source, the company Facebook acquired a young German company Fayteq, which develops software tools to manipulate videos based on the principles of machine vision. With the help of plug-ins for video editors such as Adobe After Effects, the user can remove objects caught in the frame, or add a new one.

The company Fayteq already announced on its website that its software products are no longer available for purchase.

Details are not available, however the Facebook company has already confirmed the deal after it was reported the German newspaper Deutsche Startups.
