Tesla has updated ON their machines after Chinese experts demonstrated a remote hack of a Tesla Model S

Specialists in security systems from Chinese companies Keen Security Lab has published a video in which they gained remote control over various systems of the Tesla Model S.

Connecting via Wi-Fi to the computer system of the car, hackers could open doors without a key, to control lighting, mirrors, brakes, control the position of the seats and so on. In addition, the vehicle control were obtained in the course of the experiment, when the car was moving, and the technician with the laptop was at a distance of about 20 km.

Tesla quickly responded, posting a software update for their vehicles. Specialists Keen Security Lab in the video description on my channel are strongly advised to install this update before continuing to use the car.
