SSD Adata XPG SX950, memory-based 3D MLC NAND flash, available capacity from 240 GB

At CES 2017, Adata has demonstrated SSD XPG SX950, made in the form factor of 2.5 inches. At that time know about it a little, but most importantly — memory MLC 3D NAND in the base.

Now these drives appeared on the website of the manufacturer. XPG SX950 lineup includes three models: a volume of 240, 480 and 960 GB. All the above is based on memory and controllers Silicon Motion, Phison and not, as reported during CES 2017.

For all models the stated read speed is 560 MB/s and write speed are different: 520 MB/s for younger and SSD 530 MB/s for the other two versions. Different and performance. For read operations it is 80 000 IOPS for SSD of 240 GB and 90,000 IOPS for the rest. In record mode, the surround of the SSD shows the figure 85 000 IOPS, while two younger models it is equal to 90 000 IOPS.

The TBW value declared equal to 800 TB and MTBF of 2 million hours. The cost, unfortunately, has not yet been announced.
