SSD Adata ISSS333 with multilayer flash memory is focused on industrial use

Presented Adata solid state drives ISSS333 for industrial systems, markedly different from the previous series ISSS332 types used flash memory, although since its release less than a year and a half. Now to replace the SLC and MLC memory came 3D 3D MLC and TLC, although the manufacturer and indicates the former time, the average MTBF of 2 million hours. Probably this should be thanking the embedded algorithms of error correction LDPC ECC.

Adata did not disclose the type of controller, but said that he, like printed circuit Board material together with connectors designed for harsh environments. This may include wide operating temperature range, especially the models with memory MLC 3D:- 40ºC to 90ºC, otherwise from 0ºC to 70ºC. Used interface SATA 6GB/s, capacity in the line increases from 120 GB to 1 TB. The company specifies only the performance of stream operations reading and writing: 560 and 530 MB/s respectively. The peak power consumption of the versions with memory 3D TLC higher (3,96 W vs. 2.7 W).
