Soon, chromebooks will get fingerprint scanners

While the PC market overall continues to decline, some of its segments, on the contrary, demonstrate growth. For example, these include the chromebooks.

It is not surprising that companies try to distinguish their solutions, and Google develops Chrome OS. In the source code the Chromium appeared to indicate that chromebooks will soon be able to acquire fingerprint scanners.

In particular, it is possible to find a mention of a certain device, currently referred to as Kevin. It will be chromebook with a screen with an aspect ratio of 3:2, platform Rockchip and dactyloscopus. Perhaps this is another Google device Pixel. Anyway, if the OS allows you to use fingerprint scanners, for it clearly will take all the producers chromebook.
