Solid-state drives Intel SSD 600p: size M. 2 and a read speed of up to 1800 MB/s

Intel has added to its portfolio of SSD line of SSDS 600p. The series includes four models: with capacity of 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. They are all made in the form factor M. 2 2280. Intel itself describes new items just: PCIe performance at a price of SATA drives.

New SSD is designed for connecting a PCIe 3.0 x4. They are built on eight-channel controller Silicon Motion SM2260 and use memory TLC NAND with volumetric layout.
