Smartphone Asus Zenfone AR: SoC Snapdragon 821, 4 camera, 8 GB of RAM and support for augmented and virtual reality
Asus late last night unveiled the smartphone Asus Zenfone AR (ZS571KL), is called the world’s first model that supports the technology of Google Tango and compatible with the Google Daydream. The configuration of the novelty differs from most production models, due to the emphasis on the applications of virtual and augmented reality.
It should be noted that Asus have tried to convey the ideas of the Zenfone AR to consumers. The smartphone features a Super AMOLED screen diagonal of 5.7 inches and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The display is 79% of the area of the front panel, and its protection is provided by tempered glass Corning Gorilla glass 4.
In the configuration of the Zenfone AR also two slots for SIM cards (if you are using a microSD card there is a place only for one SIM), adapters Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 4.2, the LTE modem Category 12, a comprehensive set of sensors (including dactyloscopy), USB-C port, the preinstalled Android OS 7.0 with ZenUI interface add-in 3.0.
In the front of the smartphone camera used image sensor resolution of 8 megapixels and a lens with a maximum aperture of F/2.0 and a viewing angle of 85.
Dimensions and weight Asus Zenfone AR — 158,67 x 77,7 x 8,95 mm and 170 grams. The product contains a removable battery capacity of 3300 mA·h with fast charging: 39 minutes of network connectivity, the battery charge can be replenished by 60%.
Asus Zenfone AR goes on sale in the second quarter. The cost of new items, alas, not yet reported.
