Six-core Intel processors Coffee Lake-X, the announcement of which is expected in the first quarter of 2018, will be equipped with built-in GPU
Source has published another piece of information about Intel processors Coffee Lake.
The new generation of Intel Core processors will include several lines: Coffee Lake-U Lake Coffee-H, Coffee Lake Coffee Lake and S-X. Under the latter designation are hidden desktop processors for high-performance systems. They are designed for installation in a CPU socket Intel LGA 2066, also compatible with processors Skylake-X and Kaby Lake-X, which will be released in the second half of 2017.
Intel Coffee Lake-X will be manufactured on 14 nm technology. The size of the crystal will be 149 mm2. The processor configuration will include up to six cores. Clock frequency is still unknown. Most likely, the integrated memory controller will support DDR4-2667. It is interesting that, unlike their predecessors, these processors will feature integrated graphics cores GT2.
