Series LiteOn CA3 includes SSD size M. 2 up to 1 TB
The company LiteOn presented a series of solid state drives CA3. Drives size M. 2-2280 is equipped with a PCIe 3.0 x4 and NVMe support Protocol.
In the CA3 LiteOn drives use Marvell controllers 88SS1092 and flash memory TLC NAND is manufactured by Toshiba. The series includes three models with capacity of 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Depending on volume, speed sequential read and write reach 2100 MB/s and 600 MB/s, 2900 MB/s and 1200 MB/s, 2900 MB/s and 1700 MB/s respectively.
