According to The Verge, the planned changes will take effect next Monday, the 19th of September this year. After that, the users of this service will have more opportunities to Express their emotions and public information exchange. The restriction to 140 characters in a single message works on Twitter with the inception of the service in 2006. Earlier it was suggested that the management company will remove this limit, however, the head of Twitter Jack Dorsey (Jack Dorsey) denied the rumors.
