Samsung is Recalling more than 100 thousand modules 18-nanometer DRAM

According to the publication DigiTimes, citing Taiwanese resource TechNews, Samsung Electronics in early February launched a campaign to recall the memory modules for the PC.

Contract PC assemblers that used the data in the RAM during the testing process began reporting a «blue screen of death» are caused by defective memory modules.
