Samsung has permission to test self-driving cars on South Korean roads
The South Korean government has approved a request by Samsung Electronics for testing self-driving cars on public roads.
The list of those who can test their developments at the South Korean roads, includes almost two dozen companies. The first permit to test self-driving cars in South Korea in February last year received the Hyundai Motor company, a leading Korean automaker. By the way, Hyundai is a development platform for Samsung.
Hardware, with which artificial intelligence will shape the view of traffic, and trip computer Samsung plans to develop by yourself. It is known that the system, developed by the South Korean manufacturer based on the technology of deep learning.
