Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) observed in the test GFXBench
Database of different tests is being used as a source of information about the yet to be presented to mobile devices. Source found in the test GFXBench results eight-inch tablet entry-level Samsung SM-T385. Given that the index SM-T285 is last year’s seven-inch model Galaxy Tab 7.0 A, it can be assumed that the model seen in the test, will be called Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017).
The basis for the device, use SOC Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 with a Quad-core Cortex-A53 processor, clocked at 1.4 GHz running Android 7.0 Nougat, and GPU Adreno 308. The amount of RAM is 2 GB flash memory — 16 GB. The tablet is equipped with a main camera resolution of 8 MP and front camera 5 MP resolution. The display resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels.
The device has already received the certificate of the Wi-Fi Alliance. According to the source, it will be offered in the version with support for Wi-Fi and LTE (SM-T385) and in the version with support for Wi-Fi only (SM-T380).
