Safari performed the worst during the fuzzing test

Project team Project Zero, is related to Google, created a new fuzzing tool testing to check browsers on the presence of certain errors.

The experts decided to test the five most popular browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge Microsoft IE and Apple Safari. Through tests it was possible to identify 31 errors, and no browser has shown a lack thereof.

The leader turned to Chrome with two errors. Four errors were found in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Six errors had the Edge, but Safari showed a record 17 errors.

At this point in all versions of these browsers bugs have already been fixed. In addition, the developer of this test turned to Apple and the company’s specialists received the algorithm fuzzing-testing, which should allow more productive copertina find bugs before the release of the full new versions of Safari.
