Published images, characteristics and prices of the four Asus motherboards for AMD processors Ryzen
On the last day of the current month to the designated official premiere of AMD Ryzen. Details about them were already a lot, and now the Network begin to appear and data on motherboards with built-AM4, designed for use with Ryzen. So, at the disposal of the source turned out to be image four system boards Asus.
The most interesting model is the flagship Crosshair VI Hero, built on the chipset X370. It features a customizable RGB backlighting and high-quality audio subsystem SupremeFX S1220A (same used in motherboards for processors Intel, for example, Strix Z270G Gaming and Maximus IX Hero), isolated from the main part of the Board. Motherboard supports overclocking Ryzen both in automatic and in manual mode.
Set PCIe slots are represented by three PCIe x16 and three PCIe x1 slots for modules of RAM, four SATA 6 GB/s – eight, one drive can be installed in the M. 2 slot. The default device is equipped with a module that implements wireless communication Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth. Total number of USB 3.1 and 2.0 supported Board, eight and four, respectively.
The X370 model Prime-PRO is built on the same chipset and is made in the same size, but made easier: the control voltage processor offers 10 channels instead of 12 in the Crosshair VI Hero, also disappeared from the heat pipe between the radiator elements of the voltage regulator of the processor power. The cover covering the connectors on the rear panel, is also abolished, as well as wireless communication module. These are the main differences Prime X370-PRO VI Hero from a Crosshair.
Asus Prime B350-PLUS and Prime B350M-A is also built on one chipset, but not X370, B350, which also supports the crackdown. Both models feature an isolated audio system, four slots for memory modules DDR4, six ports SATA 6 GB/s.
Made in standard size ATX model B350 Prime-PLUS endowed with two PCIe x16 slots, two PCIe x1 and two PCI, as well as with radiators, cooling elements of the voltage regulator of the processor power. More compact (microATX) model Prime B350M-A of such radiators is not, although the power supply circuit is exactly the same «6+1 phase». Set PCI slots at Prime B350M-A more modest one PCIe x16 and two PCIe x1.
As for prices, they are, roughly, are these: Asus Prime B350M-A – $100, Asus Prime B350-PLUS – $120, Asus Prime X370-PRO – $189, Asus Crosshair VI Hero – $290.
