Profit foreign trade of Denmark has increased in September
Positive balance of foreign trade of Denmark has increased in September in comparison with last year, as exports increased and imports decreased, according to data from Statistics Denmark.
The surplus in the trade balance seasonally adjusted in September increased to 7.8 billion from DKK 6.2 billion DKK in August.
In September, exports increased 1.4 percent and imports decreased by 1.9 percent.
Delivery to EU countries rose by 2.0 per cent, and in countries outside the EU, by 0.4 percent.
Separately, the statistical office showed that the balance on the current account of the country increased to 16.3 billion DKK in September from 13.1 billion Danish kroner in the previous month.
