Processors Intel Skylake-X will be named Core i9-7920X Core i9-7900X Core i9-7820X and Core i9-7800X

On the Intel platform Falls Basin, which will include processors Skylake-X and Kaby Lake-X, we mentioned a lot, although details were mainly related to General provisions. So, recently it became known that the announcement of this platform is expected June 12.

Also confirmed the information that the CPU Kaby Lake-X will still get dual-channel memory controller, so it is not quite clear why do they need considering similar to desktop processors settings.

Now in the network appeared the characteristics and the names of the four processors Skylake-X. The interesting thing is that these CPU will open up a whole new family: Core i9. Now the separation in the lines of Intel will be more logical. So, the parameters of all six currently known CPU to Basin Falls is shown in the table below.

First, note that a Junior CPU in the line Kaby Lake-X belongs to the family of Core i7 and not Core i5, as previously thought, despite the lack of support for Hyper-Threading. Second, the Network even has the test results of the older models Skylake-X. Ryzen Comparison with you can see in the screenshots below.
