Presented mirrorless camera Leica TL2

As expected, yesterday was presented mirrorless camera Leica TL2, preliminary information about which appeared a few hours before the announcement.

In the chamber, which is an evolution of last year’s model Leica TL, used image sensor type CMOS APS-C format resolution of 24 MP. Photographer available ISO range 100-50000 and five preset white balance settings. In addition, you can save two values, user configurable. The minimum shutter speed mechanical shutter equal to 1/4000 s, electronic — 1/40 000 s. Shutter sync speed is 1/180 s.

The system of automatic focusing includes 49 points and lighting. You can choose a point on the touch screen, AF tracking, face detection with focus on faces and other features. Allegedly, compared with the previous model, the focusing speed is increased.

The camera supports burst shooting at 7 fps and video resolution up to 3840 x 2160 pixels and a frame rate of 30 fps. Reducing the resolution up to 1920 x 1080 pixels, you can get a frame rate of 60 fps and at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels becoming available frame rate of 120 fps.

The camera is compatible with electronic viewfinder Visoflex Typ 020 lens systems TL and SL. It is equipped with a touchscreen size of 3.7 inches and a resolution of 1.23 million dots. Include HDMI, USB 3.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. As removable media are used SD card, SDHC or SDXC. There is 32 GB of internal memory.

With dimensions of 134 x 69 x 33 mm camera with battery pack BP-DC13 weighs 399 g. Without recharging the battery can be done with 250 shots.

Price new is $1950. The camera will be offered in silver and black variants.
