Presented graphics of AMD Radeon RX 500, which turned out to be six models rather than four

As promised, today AMD introduced the first graphics card line Radeon RX 500. While it will consist of six models: the Radeon RX 580, RX 570, RX 560, RX 550, 540 RX 540 and Radeon. About settings of almost all the adapters we have reported many times, so it remains only to summarize.

So, for convenience, we reduce the parameters of the cards in the table.

Last adapters will have to stay separate. As you can see, they have the same amount of stream processors, and Radeon RX 550. In addition, they use GDDR5 memory, which is important. But there is one strange caveat. When identical in the two low cards the memory frequency and the width of the memory bus, the value of its bandwidth for some reason is different: 96 GB/s for Radeon RX 540 and 48 GB/s for Radeon 540. It seems that the card still 64-bit memory bus or error in data throughput. Also, the interest is the number of blocks Compute Unit Radeon RX 550. The site says «8/10″, although the number of stream processors is specified with one value corresponds to eight blocks.

Note the fact that the TDP on the website are only for the RX models 560 (80 W), whereas for other for some reason, these data are not available.

As for prices, the renamed adapters, they generally have not changed. 580 over the Radeon RX 200 or $ 230 depending on the amount of memory for RX 570 — $ 170, RX 560 will have to pay $ 100, but the RX 550 is $ 80. About Radeon RX 540 and 540 such data are not available. It can be assumed that the adapters only for the OEM segment.

Adapters Radeon RX RX 580 and 570 in the form of monitored by PWM accelerator partners AMD available for purchase today. Radeon RX 550 will appear on April 20 and card RX 560 will be released in may.

The Network already has tests of new products, and frequency maps significantly increased compared to the recommended. In the end, it gives an increase of 10% or more in comparison with the predecessors.
