Presented foldable drone DJI Mavic Pro
A week after the announcement of the convertible Karma GoPro drone company DJI introduced its version of a foldable drone. New named DJI Mavic Pro.
DJI Mavic Pro like Karma, equipped with a triaxial stabilizer. The stabilizer attached to the camera, recording video resolution 4K (4096 x 2160 pixels at frame rate 24 fps or 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 K/s, 60 Mbit/s). The camera uses a CMOS image sensor format 1/2,3 inch resolution of 12.35 megapixels and wide-angle (EGF — 28 mm) lens with a maximum aperture of F/2,2.
The drone is capable of speeds up to 65 km/h and cover a distance of up to 13 km, the Maximum flight time is 27 minutes at zero wind speed 25 km/h.
Together with the Mavic Pro DJI introduced the system FlightAutonomy, which the developers have called both the brain and the nervous system of a drone. FlightAutonomy is a software-hardware complex of five cameras, navigation systems GPS/GLONASS, a pair of ultrasonic rangefinders, a group of sensors and «24 cores». This system allows the drone to overcome most obstacles at speeds up to 36 km/h.
Dimensions and weight of the drone are 198 x 83 x 83 mm and 743 grams, the capacity used in the battery — 3830 mAh.
Delivery DJI Mavic Pro will begin on September 15. The drone costs $750, that’s $50 less than the aforementioned GoPro Karma without a camera. But at this price does not include the remote control — he will have to pay $250. For extra battery DJI asking for $90, but the kit with the telling title Fly More, including two rechargeable batteries, a backpack, a car charger and extra screws, valued at $1300.
