Platform for IoT and wireless connectivity Libre Wireless Technologies MAVID supports voice interface

Company Libre Wireless Technologies has introduced a development called MAVID (Multiprotocol Audio & Voice IoT Devices). The developer defines MAVID as «a completely new embedded platform for IoT and wireless connectivity that supports voice interface». More specifically, the solution including hardware and software component, supports Amazon Alexa Voice Service. The advantages of MAVID classified as small size and low power consumption. This gives you the opportunity to use the new platform in products with battery-powered, including mobile and wearable electronic devices.

The first implementation of the platform MAVID is a chip on the Board which occupies a plot size of 13.5 x 13.5 mm. In its configuration includes a microcontroller running an operating system real-time, blocks Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, BT 4.1, tools for working with voice signal, including the functions of suppression of the reflected signals, beam-forming, the Wake on voice command, etc. in addition, there are built-in memory and external memory controller. Can add support for Zigbee, Thread, LoRa, DECT/ULE and LTE. Developers available SDK to use all of the features of the platform.
