Panasonic next week will show «the world’s most compact» version of the GeForce GTX 1080

The manufacturer issued a press release on the new products that will be showcased at CES 2017 next week. The list of new solutions is small, but quite interesting. For example, it appears the GeForce GTX 1080 Mini is in the interpretation of it «the world’s most compact» version of the GeForce GTX 1080.

The cooling system of the graphics accelerator is well visible on images. As for clock speeds, they will be a bit tall for reference: the base is 1620 MHz Boost mode equals to 1759 MHz. Of course, in a card full memory GDDR5X — 8 GB.

Also Panasonic will showcase at CES 2017 mini-PC Zbox C series Intel Kaby Lake and with support of Thunderbolt 3. Another novelty will be the solution to connect to PC external graphics called Alienware External Graphics Dock. This device has one PCIe x16 slot, three USB 3.0 ports and one USB-C Thunderbolt 3.
