Owners of smartphones Samsung does not expect upgrade to Android 8.0 this year
Recently Google finally released the new version of Android, and many smartphone owners have asked the standard question regarding the timing of release of updates for their device.
We already know that before the end of the year, some manufacturers, including Sony, Nokia (HMD), Moto (Lenovo), HTC and OnePlus, have time to update their flagship (and not only) device. But this is not for all.
According to the source, owners of Samsung smartphones will have to wait until next year. The Korean giant, of course, already working on an update, but it will be released only next year.
The first models that will receive Android Oreo, will be a Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note8. Followed by Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, S7 Active, Galaxy A7/A5/A3 2017, Galaxy J7/J5 2017, FE Galaxy Note, Galaxy C9/C7 Pro, J7, Prime and Tab S3. Flagships should get the update at the beginning of the year, but more precise data yet. Beta for the flagships will be available even in the current year.
