On the device launch Lief coping with stress through rhythmic breathing, it has collected twice as much money than was planned

On the site Kickstarter is a fundraiser for release device, Lief. According to its creators, Lief helps to cope with stress by maintaining a proper breathing rhythm.

The device thickness of 6 mm using standard disposable patches is fixed on the chest. It monitors cardiac and respiratory rhythms. Finding a rhythm, indicating the effects of stress, the machine vibration tells the user the correct breathing rhythm.

Allegedly, the use of so-called «biofeedback» that is implemented with the help of Lief, allows us to train the resistance to stress factors. In contrast to conventional breathing exercises, Lief comes in automatically and precisely at the moment when it is needed.

The device is equipped with a Bluetooth interface, which is used for data transmission in a mobile app on your smartphone. The interface can be disabled. In this case, the data will be stored in the device memory. Subsequently, they can be rewritten via USB, which also serves for charging the non-replaceable battery, one charge which is enough for a week of operation.

The first participants of fundraising could reserve your copy Lief for $159. Now this requires $199. Shipment to begin in June 2017. At the time of writing news collected almost $100 000, twice the stated goal. Fundraising will continue for another 32 days.
