OLED panel will actively use in the automotive industry next year
The automotive industry ranks third in the list of industries in which the most widely used LCDs small and medium sizes.
Submitted Photonics Industry & Technology Development Association (PIDA) said that in the next year in the automotive industry will begin active use of OLED panels, which are more responsive and consume less power than LCD displays.
In modern motor vehicles can be multiple displays including a primary and a secondary driver, and the system control panel climate control for passengers and the screens for viewing videos by them.
This year, the United States, Europe, Japan and South Korea has approved the release of cars which have electronic mirrors. That is, the demand for electronic panels in the industry will continue to grow.
In 2015 was released bol 94 million displays for cars in 2016 — about 102 million units. By 2022 the supply is expected to grow to 173 million units.
