MSI has offered four variants of Radeon RX 480 in the series Armor

The range of 3D-card MSI added to the four models of the line Armor: 480 Armor Radeon RX 8G, Radeon RX 480 4G, Radeon RX 480 Armor 8G Radeon RX OC and 480 OC 4G. They all have the same coolers, the fan turned off when the GPU temperature less than 60°C, but the models with the letters OC in the artist’s work on slightly higher frequencies.

If the maximum GPU frequency of the Radeon models, the RX 480 Armor 8G and 4G Radeon RX 480 is 1266 MHz, the maximum frequency models Radeon RX 480 Armor 8G Radeon RX OC and 480 OC 4G reaches 1291 MHz. Effective memory frequency in all cases is 8 GHz.

All graphics cards are equipped with five video outputs (two DisplayPort 1.4 a, two HDMI 2.0 and one DVI-D) and take the PC case in the space of two slots. The dimensions and weight of the cards also have differences: 269 x 125 x 38 mm and 653 grams. Additional power to the device is supplied with the octal connector.

About the cost of novelties is not reported, but it is possible to think in retail they will cost $20-30 cheaper than similar memory models for high-end Gaming.
