Most of all research and development spending Amazon, Google, Intel and Samsung

Research firm Strategy& has published a ranking of companies that spend the most on research and development.

The leader of the rating became Amazon, the corresponding costs which amount to more than $ 16 billion a year. The second place is Google with a score of 15.5 billion dollars. Third place is held by Intel, which spends on research and development 12.7 billion dollars a year.

The only Asian company which was in the top ten was the Samsung Electronics, ranked fourth. For comparison, LG Electronics, Hyundai Motor and SK hynix took 48, 79 and 84 lines, respectively.

In the top hundred included 40 American, 16 Japanese and 6 Chinese companies.
