Meyer-Optik-Gorlitz plans to issue lens Primagon 24
The company Meyer-Optik-Gorlitz, specializing in the production of lenses, has announced its intention to produce a model with a focal length of 24 mm, is designed for mirrorless cameras. Lens Primagon is called 24.
One of the seven elements included in the optical scheme Primagon 24, is aspherical. Maximum aperture will be F/2.8. The manufacturer notes that the lens is not the reincarnation of ancient models and modern development. However, judging by the lack of mention of autofocus, the lens will focus manually.
The Primagon lens 24 needs to be ready by early 2018. Its retail price will be about 5000 euros.
