MediaTek has introduced a system on a chip Helio Helio X23 and X27

MediaTek expanded its range of single-chip systems models Helio Helio X23 and X27. As you might guess from the name, this rather updates to existing solutions rather than radically new SoC.

Actually, Helio X20 and X25 each other, too different a little, so in the end, all four system on a chip similar to each other.

All four are designed for the production of 20-nanometer technology and contains ten cores: dual Cortrex-A72, four Cortex-A53 and four Cortex-A53. For the graphical component in all cases meets the GPU Mali-T880MP4.

So Helio Helio X23 X20 differs from the slightly higher clock speeds of the CPU. In particular, the high cluster of two Cortex-A72 runs on the 2.3 GHz vs 2.1 GHz. Couple of X25 Helio/Helio X27 difference is about the same. More specifically, the senior cluster new SoC received an increase in the frequency is 100 MHz, and the youngest is 50 MHz. Also Helio X27 25MHz increased frequency of GPU.

In addition, new solutions fully support dual cameras, which are now so fashionable. System on a chip has an updated processor image processing Imagiq and MediaTek MiraVision technology EnergySmart Screen responsible for the efficiency of the display. The technology to change the operation parameters of the panel depending on ambient light and what is shown on the screen. This supposedly allows you to save up to 25% energy.

The smartphones with the new SoC MediaTek will appear on the market in the near future.
