Manufacturers don’t believe the consumer interest in robots

Although some manufacturers already engaged in production of consumer robots, industry observers are pessimistic about the demand for these products. To entice buyers, the robots have become more and more useful.

An example of what is now on the market can be considered as home robot Asus Zenbo, which can be bought from 1 Jan. Asus Zenbo is worth about $600.

Three times more is robot Pepper (in the illustration on the left). On the other end of the price range is a miniature robot Cozmo.
