LG X venture – rugged smartphone with OCTA-core processor and battery capacity of 4100 mA·h

LG company presented in the North American market a new smartphone – X venture. Although the device because of its geographic positioning does not represent a particular interest, you cannot just pass by, because secure smartphones from industry leaders appear, unfortunately, not often.

Judging by the specifications, LG X venture is a typical mid-level model. It only has 2GB of RAM and OCTA core is built on the platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 435. But a decent battery capacity of 4100 mA·h gives hope for good battery life: according to the creators, the device operates 24 hours on a full charge, and thanks to the support of the technology Quick Charge 2.0 to fill the battery’s capacity by 50% is only 48 minutes.

The main camera is characterized by a resolution of 16 MP front camera with an image sensor resolution of 5 megapixels and a lens with a viewing angle of 120° similar to that used in the smartphone LG V20. The screen size of the smartphone is 5.2 inches, resolution – 1920 x 1080 pixels.

On the strength of the structure LG X venture indicates the degree of protection IP68 and successful certification according to American military standard MIL-STD 810G. Special feature you can call the side button QuickButton. A single short press causes the list of programs of the first necessity for a «survivalist» with a barometer, compass, weather informer, flashlight, step counter, distance traveled and calories. A single long press the QuickButton menu settings, and twice activates the mode «gloves».
