LG may receive up to 30% of orders for displays for iPhone OLED by 2020, says KGI Securities

KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo) released its vision of how to turn around the situation in the next few years. Apple will try as quickly as possible to diversify supplies and reduce dependence on Samsung, as well as the probability of disruption of supply, if from a single supplier will have any problems.
Ming-Chi Kuo believes that next year, LG Display could receive 4-6% of orders for the OLED display for the iPhone. In 2019, the company’s share will be from 10 to 20%, and by 2020 it could rise to 30%.
