Just a day to release lens Meyer Optik Trioplan 35+ collected $269 000 — five times more than was planned

Meyer Optik collects funds for the release of the modern version of another classic lens. This time the choice fell on the wide-angle model, which was called Trioplan 35+. The fundraiser started yesterday. The minimum Deposit entitling to receive lens is $649. The aim of the authors of the project was to raise at least $50 000. At the time of writing news collected exceeded the sum of $269 000.

The lens uses an optical scheme of the five elements — cook triplet complemented by two further elements, which, allegedly, allowed to cover a full frame, while maintaining the characteristic pattern.

The focal length of the lens is 35 mm Maximum aperture — F/2.8, minimum — F/22. Orifice hole 12 is formed petals.

Minimum focusing distance is 0.3 m. Focus the lens manually.

The lens can filter diameter 39 mm., the Greatest diameter of the lens is equal 61,5 mm, length — 50 mm. the product Weighs approximately 220 g.

Scheduled the production of varieties of lens mounts include Canon EF, Nikon F, Sony E, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, M42, Pentax K, Leica M and Leica L. In the case of the Leica rangefinder cameras are not supported, the focus is only possible with live view.

The fundraiser will continue until 13 April, and the shipment of the lenses to begin in September.
